Attended Urology on an incredibly quick appointment. 5 days from GP visit. You can not fault that.

Arrived nearly an hour early as I didn't want to miss the appointment. After checking in I asked where the cafe was and a member of staff took the time to walk me there as its a complex site. But everybody was so friendly.

Reminds me of seventeen years ago when my wife went into labour while I was working away. I had a long drive to get to the maternity ward. The first thing a nursing assistant did was made me a cup of tea. Thats no part of her job description, but was much appreciated.

I can not fault Leighton.
