"Waited all day for phone call"

I'm in my 80s and been suffering with depression and loneliness, plus in a lot of pain with knees and can hardly get upstairs.  Feeling that i can't cope much more and want to be nearer family for support.

Rang reception 830am  for Dr phone consultation was told would be that day, waited all day till 630pm, didn't even shower as call was very important to me and even took phone to toilet with me. Surgery now closed so have to wait till Monday morning to hopefully get in the queue again for an appointment.
