(as a service user),

after a string of illness heart attack, stroke deslusium,covid and finally to suffer from diabetes 2 my legs were swollen and the fluid from the ulcers was very strong until I met the first district nurse Yvonne she really knew her talents from the outset all of the 3 nurses were fantastic in telling me what the infection was and how the dressings before they came were no use they had been causing more damage than needed after a few days the fluid in the both knees started to dry up from the ulcers they are very professional, caring, understanding and I believe their role in society is underrated it has to be a 10 out of 10 may their guiding hands never fail
