"The service was absolutely flawless"

Recently had elective orthopaedic surgery at Woodend hospital. The service I received was absolutely flawless from start to finish!

I was admitted to DoSA where Mel promptly checked me in and got me ready for theatre. Mel was thorough, professional and kind, as were the rest of the staff in DoSA.

The theatre and recovery staff, most of whom I met whilst anaesthetised were also lovely. Dr Kaye and Dr Dodds my anaesthetists and Mr Senthilkumaran my surgeon were outstanding.

Gillian who looked after me in the ward, ensuring I was fed, watered and comfortable whilst providing excellent care and banter!

Overall, I had such a lovely experience being a patient under the care of this team and have sung your praises to anyone who has listened! It was truly a great experience from start to finish and you should all be commended on your hard work and enthusiasm for your jobs.
