About: Gynaecology / Assisted Conception (Ward 35)

(as the patient),

I was given IVF treatment at ward 35 and this all has went great. The staff are all amazing and friendly. They are very sensitive to how you may be feeling and very reassuring.

I had a great experience going through this treatment and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with my first transfer. I cannot fault any part of this service, and I cannot thank them enough for being so amazing at what they do.

The car park definitely needs more spaces. For every appointment it has been hard to find parking unless you come at 7.30am then there are a few, but after that it always takes forever to find a space and if the traffic has been bad and you arrive without at least 30mins spare to look for a space it can be quite stressful.

We are aware of the problems with parking at Ninewells and understand that this can cause anxiety and extra stress for patients attending appointments.

I am aware that NHS Tayside are currently undertaking a review of the Ninewells car parking facilities and I will ensure they receive your feedback.
