I attended the drop in clinic with my teenager today - first trip to a sexual health service for her so she was very anxious. She was seen by Colin, and was a little alarmed to be seen by a male - especially as I wasn’t going into the appointment with her initially, but he couldn’t have been better. He explained everything in detail, was extremely kind and sensitive, very thorough, and reassuring. He’s definitely in the right job. He made what could have been quite a distressing experience feel safe and comfortable for my daughter.

Thank you for the lovely comment you have posted about the care given to your daughter by Colin, one of our Specialty Dr's. We are very lucky to have him in our team and it is a pleasure for me to report back to him how much he is appreciated. It is difficult for young people to attend our service but we pride ourselves in having an open, caring, non judgemental approach in all our clinics
