About: Belfast City Hospital / Endoscopy Unit Outpatients Services / Pre-Assessment Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was referred recently and had a very informative and helpful pre assessment by Nurse Catherine.

My appointment was at 4.45 and procedure at 5.30

From the gentleman on the reception right through to the end of the colonoscopy, I was treated with the utmost care and gentleness by everyone in the department.

Thank you to the very professional and caring nursing staff -  including Rosie, Mary, Sini, Shea, Sarah and the others who I’m so sorry to have forgotten your names, and to Dr Carl who administered the test.

This is the health service at its very best .Thank you

Hi,

Thank you so much for sending through this lovely feedback, it means so much to the endoscopy team to know our patients feel genuinely cared for and that they have been adequately prepared for their procedures.
