"Efficient and professional"

I was referred to physiotherapist in Maryfield Medical Centre as I have recently had a knee injury.

I was examined by a young male physiotherapist who diagnosed a Bakers cyst and probable meniscus wear and tear due to osteoarthritis. He gave me the option of having an X-ray and further appointments or trying exercises and analgesia initially. I chose to go with his suggestion of exercises and analgesia. He gave me a link to rereferral if I felt I required it. He emailed me the exercises and explained how to do them. 

I was very happy and reassured by his advice and treatment. He listened to me and reassured me that further treatment would be available if necessary 

I didn’t remember his name but was pleasantly surprised how well the system worked and how efficient and professional he was.
