"Exceptionally compassionate and caring staff"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

After my baby was referred by the GP to the blossom unit in November, we were met with the friendliest and warmest welcome.

We were brought straight into a room and a wonderful nurse called Kelli seen to our baby straight away. Kelli was amazing and had such a beautiful bedside manner. She even was kind enough to make a cup of tea for us.

Our son was then seen by Dr Chris in no time at all. Dr Chris was absolutely exceptional. He again had a wonderful beside manner and was so reassuring. He took time to listen which meant so much and cared for our baby with such compassion.

I cannot thank the team enough. The whole process was seamless and made what was a worrying time so much better. Kelli and Chris are both a credit to the southern trust and again I can’t thank them enough for their kindness.
