About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a service user),

Was made to feel at ease from beginning. Had to have an enema then sigmoidoscopy. All staff extremely friendly and helpful - made an uncomfortable, embarrassing experience as pleasant as possible.

Hi

My name is Debbie Poots, I am the Deputy Ward Manager in the Mid Ulster Endoscopy Unit. I would personally like to Thank You for your lovely feedback in regards to how you felt when attending our unit for your procedure. It is great to hear how friendly and helpful you found the nursing staff to be and that this helped you through your procedure. It is important to us that our patients feel reassured and as comfortable as possible throughout.
