Nearly 14 hours from leaving the house with paramedics before leaving the hospital. I had presumed head injuries, caused by a blackout in an elderly person would have been some kind of priority, particularly considering the patients complex medical history. Spent multi millions on a refurb but nothing has changed regarding staffing and waiting times. Paramedics had to go searching for a wheelchair, no beds, no trolley, no cubicle for an elderly patient. Was told by a member of staff the department was at beakjng point.
