About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had a facial parotid cyst removed. Care was fantastic staff were fantastic level of care was exemplary would definitely come back if needed all areas were very clean and well organised. Staff make you feel welcome and safe without being stiff or overly formal a lovely human touch. I would be happy to recommend the Day Surgery unit to any of my friends or family who needed a procedure
