I recently made an appointment to discuss my child’s health, which was a significant and challenging step for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse/advance nurse I saw was deeply disappointing.
Upon entering the room, I was met with no empathy or even basic eye contact. The nurse spent the entire time focused on his computer screen, typing, without making any genuine effort to engage or show understanding. His behavior came across as completely unprofessional and lacking in care.
This was not my first appointment with him, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently negative.
I truly value this surgery and the excellent care it has provided in the past and still it is, but I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address this issue. If such behaviour continues, it risks tarnishing the reputation of this brilliant practice.
