"The need to change an appointment and then attending the hospital for blood tests"

Firstly, I had to contact the appointment helpline to change an appointment time, Katie answered and was incredibly helpful by changing my appointment and providing me with an appointment the following day.

I then attended Clinic B at Yorkhill Hospital for blood tests and was greeted and welcomed by Audrey who displayed kindness to every single patient who attended the reception desk, she was delightful.

Then once in Clinic B, my bloods were taken by Sharon, who had a gentle, considerate manner and very quickly collected my blood sample.
