"I was so impressed with how well they looked after me"

I was given quick and trauma-informed care by Dr Muttoni, Dr Roberson, and Fiona (nurse).

Dr Robertson and Fiona in particular were extremely kind, supportive, and reassuring when I became distressed due to some post-traumatic stress symptoms (having had a previous traumatic experience in a hospital setting).

I was so impressed with how well they looked after me, in addition to conducting medical procedure.

I wanted to say thank you and comment that this experience, whilst challenging for me, was a positive one.
