"I couldn’t fault the service as in my opinion it has been a life line"

The service provided by IPS ES has been incredible. From day one the team has shown a good level of understanding and commitment and to top it all has provided me with so much confidence, hope and an amazing level of support whom without I don’t think I would be here.

 I was first introduced to a lovely person by the name of Jo Anne who was superb, listened to my concerns, advised me so kindly and provided me with a brilliant level of assurance! 

I was since introduced to Ellie who has been just as good in terms of offering support, reassurance and an excellent level of understanding, taking her time to listen and offer support and again assurance in that the service will be there in any event given the complexities of my case with my current employer. I feel I’m one of the lucky ones that have been very well supported not only by the team at IPS ES but also the all NHS services I have been referred to.

I couldn’t fault the service as in my opinion and experience it has been a life line, to have someone totally independent listening to my concerns and showing so much understanding and support, thank you Jo Anne who I know has left the team and a massive thank you to Ellie who has been equally supportive, helpful and amazing.
