About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Palliative Care Team Integrated Community Services Service Delivery Unit / Nightingale Neighbourhood Team

(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with terminal cancer 11months ago with a survival rate of 6 months only

I have been under the palliative team from the point of 1  month into my diagnosis and what a blessing that has been

They have provided amazing services to myself and family throughout so far.

Districts have been doing my dressings and my general well being.

Would be lost without it all at this moment and everybody has empathy to the situation we find ourselves in.
