About: Ear, Nose & Throat / Ear, Nose and Throat Outpatients Area 4

(as a service user),

I mistakingly attended my appointment a day earlier. Already in fluster trying to park I was feeling anxious and stressed.

When I arrived at reception the staff were excellent. Supportive and accommodating. The very nice member of admin staff offered to ask if my appointment could be changed to today instead of tomorrow.

With great relief the unit was accommodating and friendly, which made me feel at ease and very grateful for the care and attention demonstrated. It was ENT Ninewells Dundee.  

Thank you to the staff behind the desk and the lovely older lady who kindly helped me. Have a lovely Christmas 🤶🏻
