About: Antrim Area Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as a service user),

I was admitted to the day surgery AAH. I had surgery on my wrist. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Everyone I meet from the reception staff to doctors and nurses were very kind, good communication, and I felt very safe. It was a bit of a whirlwind from start to finish.I am sorry but I can’t remember anyone’s name even though they all introduced themselves.

I just want to say thank you. The NHS at its best.One thing I noticed and they paid attention to was my hidden disability. I am a bit of a baby and they were so kind.
