"She has always been respectful and very easy to talk to"

I had a meeting with a Social Worker named Jacqueline a couple of weeks ago, where we discussed concerns that had been brought up to her about my Daughter.

She told me in person what the concerns were and she gave me the opportunity to address everything. I know how busy Social Workers can be, but she took the time to speak with me and I never felt like she was rushing to finish our meeting, which I really appreciated.

We ended our meeting on a positive note, and I told her I would get documents to her. When I emailed her and asked for another meeting, she was happy to meet with me again.

This was my first time working with a Social Worker, and I honestly have to say, I am glad it was Jacqueline. It’s very clear when speaking to her that she loves her job, and genuinely cares about others. She has always been respectful and very easy to talk to.

My Daughter is always my number one priority and I always want what is best for her. I felt like Jacqueline also cared about her and what was best for her, which means a lot to me as a parent. She has been wonderful to work with, and I genuinely really appreciate everything that she has done for my Daughter and I.
