(as a carer),

We recently had my brother's annual review with South Down Community Learning Disability Team in SHSCT and it was evident within the review that with his social worker - Kirsty, they had a great rapport.

Kirsty was very thorough explaining processes and procedures, making everyone feel at ease. Kirsty made us really feel the value of his annual review rather than it just being a tick box exercise.

Our Community Team staff work hard to ensure that all Annual Reviews are person centered, inclusive of families / carers viewpoints and offer an opportunity to hear how well services are meeting assessed needs of those living in the community with a Disability.
