"All of the staff who cam in were really caring"

About: Regional Infectious Diseases Unit / Inpatient

(as a service user),

I was admitted briefly to ward 42 (RIDU) at the Western General Hospital. I had flu so was confined to my room. All of the staff who came in were really caring and I felt very grateful to them all.

Dear AinEdin,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on Care Opinion regarding Ward 42 at the Western General.

I was sorry to hear that you had reason to be admitted and I hope you are feeling better now. I am glad that all the staff who you met were so caring and they will be delighted to receive this feedback.

I have shared this with the team so that they can read it as well.

Best wishes,

Claire
