"Prompt care after breaking my hand in Belfast"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Minor Injury Unit

(as a service user),

I flew into Belfast from Scotland for a wedding, and I fell and broke my hand. I took the bus to Ulster Hospital Minor Injuries unit, and was seen to nearly as soon as I got in.

The staff were lovely, and x-rayed my hand and diagnosed the injury quickly, then put it in a cast.

I didn't intend to start the weekend this way! But the staff at Ulster Hospital made sure that when I hurt my hand, it got seen to promptly and with great care. Special thanks to Liesel!

Thankyou for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent attendance to the Minor Injury Unit at the Ulster. I’m delighted to hear you were able to be seen so promptly and treatment provided in a timely and caring manner. I’ll be sure to pass your praise back to the team and in particular Liesel. I hope you are recovering well and return to visit Belfast again soon.

Many thanks
