(as a service user),

I saw Mr Davis and a dietitian (whose name I can't remember, sorry) at the gastroenterology clinic. 

Mr Davis was kind, empathic and understanding of my concerns. I've always found Mr Davis to be none judgemental and great in ensuring that everything that can be done is done for you. 

The dietitian who I haven't met before was kind, compassionate and was also understanding of my concerns and I felt listened to by both.

Thank you both for excellent care, your kindness, and for showing empathy.

First of all sorry for my delayed response, my access to Care Opinion had to be fixed due to a name change and then with with the Christmas period clinical cover had been a priority.

It was very kind of you to leave a message saying you felt listening to and was shown good care. That is always one primary concern so that we can understand how the patient is feeling so that there primary concerns and expectations can be addressed.

I have passed along your kind words to Dr Davis.

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and I wish you a Happy New Year.
