"Ordering repeat prescriptions"

For years I have ordered my repeat prescriptions on patient access (Three Villages, Stourbridge). I put in my password ,then used to be asked letters of memorable word.  That was ok although long winded.   

Now it’s a nightmare,   I can never get on, there are so many barriers,  get code off app.  I have the app but to get code from app I need password to get on app!  

I got so frustrated  I phoned the surgery to be told couldn’t order on phone.  So drove to surgery to take order in.  Why is it so complicated?  I know you will say security, but we are not all good with IT. 

If you feel ill and are trying to get help it makes you feel worse, and stress as we all know makes us ill.

I have to use NHS a lot and am very grateful for it, on the whole it is wonderful. It is just contacting the surgery that is stressful. I am not complaining above the doctors/nurses/receptionist who are only doing their best but the IT.
