"The van came to me which was so convenient"

About: Wessex Clinical Van

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I suffer with a number of health issues and struggle to get to appointments. The van came to me which was so convenient. Elaine was kind, patient and thoughtful and gave me the time I needed to explain my situation. She was very friendly and professional. She even gave me some vouchers so that I could get food as I am struggling financially. The results came back quickly and I am so thankful this is one less thing to worry about. Great service.
