"This practice will make your illness worse"

I have never in my 50yrs plus experienced such a shocking, quite disgusting level of service to a patient that has recently undergone major brain surgery.

The receptionist didn't care that the brain surgery has left several complications, she was aggressive over the phone and left my wife in tears. Today, a fortnight later, after several promised calls and emails that were never sent to us we were given a time that a duty GP would call her, 1hr 30mins later we are still waiting.

We are leaving the god-foresaken GP Practice, any right minded individual should do the same.
