"They have been wonderful and took control of the situation"

About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

So kind and incredibly helpful!

Just have to give some feedback.

Louise, Karen and others from the team came to visit.

They have been wonderful and took control of the situation.

Calmed Mum and able to do blood tests and clinical diagnostics etc.

Supported me so much -such a relief!

Was at the end of my tether and Louise could see that and sat down with me to make a plan.

Mum was so against going into the general hospital. Team managed to arranged her to be admitted to Lymington.

Such a relief. My God this service is amazing!

Never had to lean on a service so much. After living with us for 9 years Mum will now have to go into a care home and having professionals come in has made the transition manageable.

I would be prepared to stand up for the team!

Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I'm pleased the Team were able to support you and your Mum and we hope her move to a care home has gone smoothly. We have shared your feedback with the Team.
