"Unfailingly kind, polite and efficient"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

I was to have a 24 hour heart monitor fitted, so impressed with the speed the appointment came through.  Good communication about the appointment although would be helpful if they indicated that the easiest access is a separate entrance to the main one.  You still get there but it is quite a long walk.

Fitting of the monitor was swift, professional, considerate and the nurse was very polite and kind.

Return the following day was made super easy and took seconds.  It may have been helpful in the appointment letter to advise that monitor must be returned by 9am the following morning.  You may be free for the initial appointment but have difficulty with the tight timescales for return the following day.

Very happy over all with the experience, unfailingly the staff at Hairmyres are kind, polite and efficient.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the staff took excellent care of you. This must have been very reassuring and helped you feel at ease.
