"Excellent Care from Doctor"

I am extremely grateful to Dr T. L. for the consultations, care and information sent in the last couple of months. I have a number of issues. From our first consultation, Dr T. L. was efficient while patient, and took the time to really listen. He took everything I said seriously, showed genuine care, asked helpful questions, was willing to explore different possibilities and was connecting the dots. He made me feel comfortable enough to discuss things with him that I have not discussed with a medical professional before for fear of not being taken seriously or how I would be viewed. Although I have had to leave the surgery because I have moved out of the area, the sensitive, insightful, clear way in which he handled my consultations and care has given me the confidence to continue seeking the support I need with my new surgery. I am so thankful that I encountered him during this challenging stage in my health and wellbeing journey. Thank You. Ms Armartey
