"Excellent service "

I had a painful finger following a cat bite. I didn’t want to take an urgent appointment but required help speedily as I was due to go away.

I saw the pharmacist who said I required antibiotics but with time being a problem i was worried about how long it would take for me to be seen.

The reception staff were excellent talking me through the process of sending a photograph to be triaged. This was done very quickly and the GP rang me before I left home and arranged for a prescription to be at my local pharmacy.

Very grateful for being looked after so well
