Not sure why I am given so much hastle in getting the repeat prescription. With previous GP never had this problem. When I speak to reception they are also not useful

Dear Patient, I am sorry to read that you had difficulties with your repeat prescription. Sometimes, there is a delay in processing and issuing a repeat medication if there is review due or there are relevant tests outstanding or if you are a new patient that has not been seen by our doctors yet. If you can email me more details on nelondonicb.theazadpractice@nhs.net I can look into the issue and provide you with a more detailed response.
