Going back and forth, whilst in extreme pain with your GP for a simple letter to be forwarded correctly to the referral team is outrageous, Now I need to wait Until Monday for their mistake. I’ve been out of the hospital since last Friday and I have not seen one professional yet. I’m in extreme pain and distress,
Where is the compassion?
Highly disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone. I don’t know how I’m still using this service.
