Appointment at chec preston on 30th October 2024 at 10 o’clock I had not received eye drops for procedure, after checking in had seat in the waiting room 1 hour and 45 mins later was seen by professional, he had not been informed I had arrived he was very apologetic and whole appointment lasted no more than 5mins, excellent professional poor clerical staff
