"Empathic, reassuring, compassionate & easy to speak to"

I recently had my first appointment with Katie and I would just like to say thank you so much!

I found Katie to be fantastic, she was very empathic, reassuring, compassionate and very easy to speak to. She gave me the opportunity to speak freely, although the clinic was running behind I didn't once feel rushed by Katie, however I did feel very conscious that she was 1 hour behind.

Katie spoke to me very kindly and I did feel she showed some understanding of my concerns and my feelings.
