I was admitted recently to the elective admissions unit in DHH and theatres/recovery departments and I have to say my care from start to finish was A* treatment.
Every member of staff who due to GA I cannot remember all the names (special mention to student nurse Shannon who will be an excellent qualified nurse) I came into contact with were kind ,compassionate, competent and down to earth people who made the whole process alot easier by calming my nerves.
I cannot rate my care high enough.
Thank you to everyone I saw on duty during my visit
