have been with this practice for more than 20 years, but now it is just a sham. One cannot get an appointment for anything, even getting an answer on the telephone is impossible. Using the System online, is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Have been trying to book an HbA1c blood test for two weeks. I have had to call an ambulance on more than one occasion because one cannot get to speak to a Dr, that's not helping NHS funding and very poor use of Hospital resources. this is appalling!
