I am very proud of my team and their diligence towards being both professional and respectful when supporting people providing individualised, holistic care.

It is always much appreciated by both the Trust and our employees, when patients or carers who have had a positive experience and take the time to express this in writing. All feedback is recorded to enable us to offer a balanced report that we can draw learning from regarding the patient’s experience of our services.
