I am unable to use the telephone and really need to have a new coil (last one was removed 3 years ago), but I cannot book an appointment online.
The system sends me round in circles and all I get is that there are no appointments and to click a link that ultimately sends me through the whole cycle again.
How am I supposed to get an appointment for this without using the telephone, or getting someone else to call for me? This is meant to be a confidential service.
