About: The Princess Royal Maternity Unit (Glasgow)

(as the patient),

After our baby was born, we discovered on the 2nd day that she had lost 10% bodyweight and had a bit of jaundice.

We were very close to giving up on breastfeeding and moving over to formula feeding.

We received so much help from the staff at Ward 68 and PRM and couldn’t have kept it going without them. Vicky and Kirsty were both a very large part of this!

Dear Jamullen,

Congratulations on the birth of your new daughter. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The early days can be hard and I am glad you received the support you needed to keep going. I will share your story with the staff on the ward.

Best Wishes,

Tracy Orr
