I am so grateful for the support I have received today. Every time I speak to part of the reception team, they are so kind and helpful. This morning the doctor phoned me back within an hour, listened to what I needed and gave me the support that I asked for. I am so thankful

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to write such a positive review. As a practice the team try very hard to provide the best service to all our patients. We know that on occasion we make mistakes and patients are not always happy with the service they receive. We have over 2500 patient contacts a week, between appointments, telephone calls and online interactions. As a practice we address all feedback with the wider team either positive or negative, and reflect on how we can change if needed. Receiving excellent feedback like you have provided is always a welcome boost. Thank you for taking the time.
