"Online booking service unreliable"

I called the service to get an appointment and the automated hold voice directs you to book online for an appointment within 48 hours. So, I did this instead of waiting on hold. It’s now been 11 days and I have yet to be contacted via email or phone. Luckily I am only 3 weeks pregnant but to only send a confirmation email is anxiety inducing. I’ve instead had to search for another local clinic who answered straight away and booked my consultation within 5 days.

If you are close to 6 weeks you can’t rely on this service and from my experience the booking online option was completely useless.
