(as the patient),

Came to see Mr Karuppiah and his colleague Krystal yesterday for an ongoing issue I've had with my ankle. I felt like I was listened to by both Mr Karuppiah and Krystal very well when I saw them and was treated with a lot of respect.

I would highly recommend Mr Karuppiah to those that have foot and ankle problems. And Krystal as well listened to me thoroughly and to all my concerns and questions.

Thanks for your response. Got a copy of the consult I had with the above mentioned. Very happy with the care I received from Mr Karuppiah and Kristel.

I'm sorry I spelt her name wrong in the original post as I saw how her name was spelt on the letter I received. Still great care I got.
