"Team did everything they could for me"

About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

3rd fall I had his month, Frailty team sorted me out, encouraged me to do things myself, gave good advice, done me proud!

Frailty team Totton is really nice team, did everything they could for me.

Feel more positive.

Changed some medication that has made me feel much better. Thank you!
