"Kind practice "

About: Eversley Medical Centre

I called my GP for help with severe piles, made worse by my underrating and consequent constipated (I am very stressed at the moment). I mentioned to my GP the stress which is the cause of the constipation. My GP gently asked what the matter is, and I just burst into tears, explaining to her. I know GPs have a certain amount of time to allocate to calls but I nonetheless didn’t feel like she was rushing or dis-interested in what I had to say. She was kind, caring and full of solutions, such as counselling as her concern was unless the underlying cause is addressed the problem will continue. I found her holistic care reassuring and thorough. My prescribed medication is also working wonderfully - I feel like a new woman.
