About: Adult Health Services / Hospital at Home

(as a relative),

My mother was an in patient in University Hospital Wishaw recently and discharged under the care of Hospital at Home.

This service was fantastic and the whole family felt supported. We were informed after every visit what was happening and if medication had changed. Anytime I had to phone my concerns were listened to.

I cannot commend the Hospital at Home team highly enough.

I am delighted to hear that the H@H team were able to help facilitate your mum's discharge from hospital and continue her care at home. Our staff aim to involve family and care givers in all aspects of the patient journey and I'm glad they have succeed in supporting you all.

I hope your mum is continuing to improve at home and I will ensure these lovely comments are shared with the team.
