Having brought my ailing elderly mother here last week and waited 17 hours for some so called professional to prescribe pain relief I am back here and 8 hours into my wait.
The patient is 85 and in excruciating back pain. The staff in A and E are more concerned about making sure only one family member is seated with the patient.
To have to wait this length of time is abnormal is disgusting is tantamount to torture in 2024. I would never return to this awful location ever again. No organization, no competence, it all beggars belief
