"All of the staff I encountered have beautiful spirits"

I went to the Stafford Sexual Health Clinic, Riverside during walk in hours in mid-November 24. It was incredibly busy but I was taken through for triage relatively quickly and assured that they would do their best to provide me with a same day appointment, which they did.

Every member of staff that I encountered during my visit was so pleasant and took their time when communicating with me, ensuring they were detailed in their explanations of the process and that I understood.

I appreciated this because the clinic was clearly at capacity so I would have understood if the communication was a little more rushed and less informative; the ladies were undoubtedly under pressure, but you could not tell based upon how they interacted with me.

I felt incredibly seen, well cared about and looked after. The process was very routine but it was honestly a lovely experience and this is simply because of the manner in which ALL the staff conducted themselves. Those ladies really are a wonderful working team and I hope they feel appreciated because the work they do is so important. And they way they do it is 2nd to none.

I’ve been to various clinics across the country and nowhere has ever made me feel as safe and supported as Stafford, and this is a direct result of the staff. I want to give a special and specific shout out to Nikki, who I had a beautiful exchange with and who took her time to really talk to me and find out what my needs and concerns were.

But overall, all of the staff I encountered have beautiful spirits and offered an incredible service. Thank you ladies 🥰❤️
