"Kindness when taking blood"

Today I had to have my bloods taken, which has never been a good experience due to a trauma many years ago.

However, today for the first time a lovely kind and patient lady called Jo, Phlebotomist acknowledged my nervousness, listened, took her time, and reassured me. 

I really appreciated her being so understanding and making me feel at ease. It was painless and we even laughed! Thank you so much for being so caring.
