About: Adult Health and Social Care Localities / Rehab Services Barrhead

(as a service user),

I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to Carol at Barrhead Medical Centre - Levern Clinic - Occupational Therapist.

From the beginning of my request to apply for an adapted shower, Carol quickly appreciated my personal care-showering needs as I have significant mobility issues and trip all the time.

Throughout the application process, Carol called me at regular intervals to ease my worries about timescales for funding to be approved.

Carol's dedication is very much appreciated and I wish to state for the record that Barrhead Medical Centre are fortunate to have a caring, professional and skilled employee like Carol.

I was delighted to read your feedback on your experience of the Occupational Therapy service from the Community Rehabilitation Team based in Barrhead Health and Care Centre.
